Return Policy
We at Alex Grey Studio, want you to be happy with your purchase, and want
you to purchase again from us in the future.
Please choose your poster order with care.
Posters are too easily damaged in handling and are therefore not returnable.

If you are dissatisfied with merchandise purchased from the Alex Grey
on-line shop, (other than a poster) you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a refund less
shipping, if the merchandise has not be altered in anyway and is received in salable condition.

If an error in filling the order has been made, please contact us using the form available
through "Questions" on the navigation tool to the left of this text prior to returning.

If a poster or item is damaged, please return merchandise in original
packing materials (if possible) with a copy of the invoice and an
explanation for the return.
Claims for incorrect or damaged shipments must be made within
30 calendar days of the ship date and must be accompanied by a copy
of the original invoice.
Please notify us first to make return arrangements.
Claims for non-receipt of merchandise must be made
within 60 days of purchase.
